Individuals are welcome to enter Chambers shortly before the meeting begins. Accessible seating is available - should you require assistance accessing Council Chambers, please contact the Administrator in advance of the meeting(s) you would like to attend.

The board welcomes all members of the community and media to join our public meetings.
The board holds regular meetings, as well as Budget Committee and Governance Committee meetings.
Regular meetings of the Board typically take place once a month at 1 PM
in Council Chambers at Hamilton City Hall. Council Chambers is located
on the 2nd floor at 71 Main Street West and is wheelchair accessible.
At times, regular meetings may also take place in Room 264 which is
located on the 2nd floor at City Hall. This room is wheelchair accessible.
Budget and Governance Committee meetings take place throughout the year. Once dates have been set by the Committee Chair they will appear in the 'Agendas and Materials' tab under 'Meetings'.
