Attend a Board Meeting

The Board welcomes all members of the community and media to join our public meetings.

Regular meetings of the Board typically take place once a month at 1 PM in Council Chambers at Hamilton City Hall. Council Chambers is located on the 2nd floor at 71 Main Street West and is wheelchair accessible. 

At times, regular meetings may also take place in Room 264 on the 2nd floor at City Hall. This room is also wheelchair accessible.

Individuals are welcome to enter Chambers shortly before the meeting begins. Accessible seating is available - should you require assistance accessing Council Chambers, please contact the Administrative Director in advance of the meeting(s) you would like to attend.

If you are not able to attend meetings in person or prefer watching the livestream, you may do so by visiting the Agendas and Materials page and look for the 'view livestream' link.
